12th edition of the Salon Pari fermier de Printemps!

From April 10th to April 12th 2015, the salon Pari fermier de Printemps (spring farmer’s market show) at the Parc floral de Paris, major event for the local product lovers, allows visitors to discover and savor products coming straight from French farms. This event, which enables the meeting of exhibitors and visitors in a friendly atmosphere, gathers 90 farmers (sea urchin farmers, rabbit producers, salt workers, apiarists or snail breeders) involved in an eco-friendly approach. Originating from 45 different French departments, they have all signed the Charte Nationale d’Engagement des producteurs fermiers (National commitment charter for farmers) and consequently guarantee the production and/or livestock farming, transformation and direct selling with constant respect for the environment. Visitors will be able to taste numerous organic and healthy local products, from pork products to dairy produce, as well as foie gras, marmalades, fruits and vegetables or wines. Many activities related to gastronomy will also be included, with, as 2015 novelty: the kiosque du goût (taste stand) and its culinary demonstrations, and the quizz 100% fermier (farmer’s quizz) and its various rewards.
