Lov Organic : when tea is at the summit of Nordic purity

January 12th, 2011 by admin

After the appreciated birth of the Russian tea house named Kusmi, the group Orientis reiterates and launches Lov Organic (Lov means leaf in Scandinavian language), an upscale bio brand! Coming from the natural Scandinavian lands, the Lov Organic teas are the result of a combination of innovative recipes and wonderful bio packagings. Like her sister Kusmi, Lov Organic cares about elegant packagings with colored, refillable and minimalist pots, marked by the Nordic culture. We fall for the “Lov is Zen” one, a gourmet and fruity mixing with orange, caramel and rooibos flavors. Take Lov Organic seriously!
Opened on Mondays from 2pm until 8pm, from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am until 8pm, and on Sundays from 10am until 3pm.

The best cookies in Paris!

August 6th, 2010 by admin

The gourmets know for sure this delicious brand with a typical American name. The Laura Todd cookies are simply the best of Paris, unique, fresh and healthy. Laura Todd really existed. Born in Austria at the end of the 19th century, she went to live to  America with her family. As a child there, she’s excited to discover the cookies, brownies and muffins all the kids love. Later, she decides to start cooking professionally in 1929. In 1933, her cookie recipe “The Special 1933”, (still on sale today), with raisins, oatmeal, cinnamon and nuts, wins the first price or the Chicago universal fair!In 1986, she opens in France.

From 1994, Laura Todd offers in her shops a choice of  100% organic cookies (with nuts, dark chocolate, orange peels, etc…), including one vegan cookie (with no eggs and butter). Finally, mixing organic and gourmet cooking, the green Laura Todd restaurant opens in 1998. Soups, plates of cereals, gourmet salads or veggie hot dogs are on the 100% vegetarian menu. A little advice to whet your appetite : go on the Laura Todd website and discover the cookie recipes of this sweet “grandma” before entering their shops !

Bio C’Bon opened last October, it is the largest organic supermarket in Paris. About 700 sq meters, 8,000 items of products are thus available to eco-citizens, in a relaxed and refined design. The use of glass and steel, and colors like green, white and black, make this shop a resolutely urban place. Cleaning products, salty and sweet shop, wine cellar, butcher, cosmetics, baby universe, textiles, fruits and vegetables, fresh bread etc.. Although seen, the supermarket offers a bar with seeds, nuts and cereals to buy by weight. Solier: hygiene is important

August 28th, 2009 by admin

Solier that has been existing for nearly 40 years, decided 5 years ago to get involve in protecting the planet. How fo they respect the planet? A lifestyle that this small company of about twenty employees is trying to set up throughout its professional collaborations. Difficult, daily struggle, ecology requires a unwavering motivation. For more impact, Solier  joined other independent businesses to create Hygial.v

Because ecology is necessary and the solution, Solier tries to persuade its customers to opt for certified organic products. Today, the price is no longer a valid reason for refusing to take on organic, because the products offered by Solier, whether chemical or ecological, are all at the same price. Moreover, the range of chemicals the company sells keeps declining gradually replaced by labeled products. A sign of the awareness of professionals, especially in the hospitality industry where Gavarni Hotel is regarded as a precursor.
