Bioboa is a little restaurant on rue Montmartre where, as the name indicates, essentially organically-grown products are served. Zuzu’s Petals… strange name for a restaurant. For the record, Zuzu is the name of a character from the forties movie “It’s a wonderful life”. And life is indeed wonderful in this little restaurant of the 10th arrondissement. The concept: one soup and one tartine each day, served with organic green salad and “zuzu secret” dressing. Gratin, sandwiches, burgers, fruit juice, wine… an exclusive selection of dishes and organic products, each one tastier than the next await you. Halfway between a café, a restaurant and delicatessen, the Hope Café has it all to please the most fervent environmentalists. You can find myriads of good organic products such as fruit and vegetables of the season, jams, wines and other beers. It’s also a great place to drink a glass of fresh fruit juice or to grab a bite of the international cuisine, for example seaweed maki or five tomato salads, while leaning on a standing table proudly set in the middle of the room. Extra bright yellow facade, wooden floors, steel bar, decorative columns and red brick walls, the Hope Café seems to come straight out of Brooklyn. But you can only have a glass of organic Rhône Saint-Estève d’Uchaux for 3 euros in Paris!

The Hope Café is open from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 12 am and on Sundays from 10 am to 4.30 pm for brunch.
