How to recycle your Christmas tree

The Chrismas tree is no longer king of the forests but king of the cities ! Indeed, the big trend nowadays is to give a second life to the beautiful Christmas tree who filled the whole family with wonder during Chrismas break. Every year, Parisians are invited to leave their Christmas trees in specific compartments in the parks and gardens of the city.27 000 Christmas trees have therefore been collected this year. They will then be crushed to be transformed in mulching that will be laid down at the bottom of the trees. Parisians beat their record this year : last year the city only collected 15 000 trees, and 20 800 in 2008.The Christmas tree still has great days ahead!
