CRU Restaurant: raw food in Paris

It is the young chef Jeremie Rosenbois, trained at Alain Ducasse’s, who is heading the kitchen of this surprising restaurant: CRU (raw). Here, we offer you a raw or cooked a la plancha for those who are still afraid to eat raw. Yet Jeremie Rosenbois masters the traditional carpaccio and tartare revisited, adding spices and new flavors. Proof with the carpaccio of celery, beet and fennel! Fish and meat are also available as raw tartare of cuttlefish in both soybeans, the veal tartare with ginger or carpaccio of duck breast with porcini mushrooms and hazelnut oil.
The dishes are all accompanied by French fries of vegetables, quinoa or sauteed vegetables a la plancha. Creative dishes that make you want try them out such as the tempura of vegetables or red trim, a variation on the tomato.
And for those who can not end a meal without a dessert, let yourself be tempted by the tiramisu with chestnuts. Yummy!

Open every day except from Sunday and Monday from 12:30pm to 2:30^pm and from 7:30pm to 11pm. Wine bar open all day.
